The early bird registration deadline is the 31st of August. The registration has to be finalized and the money received by this date, in order to be eligible for the reduced fee.

Modes of Payment
Payment by bank transfer:
Payment is expected within 15 days after registering either via bank transfer. We will give the invoices together with the registration materials when on-site registration.
Important: If you prefer Bank Transfer, please indicate "ARW2019 + your name" while making the transfer, and please keep the proof of payment and send the proof to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that if you choose bank transfer, the bank transaction fee should be covered by your side only.

Via Cash or Credit Card (on-site registration only)
You can pay via cash or credit card onsite from November 10-15, 2019. Please note that we only accept CNY. On-site payment should only pay the Late Registration Fee by CNY.
Your registration will be final only after receiving your payment.
Workshop Cancellation Policy
Registrations cancelled before 1st of July 2019 will be refunded 90% of the registration fees.
Registrations cancelled after 1st of July 2019 will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation notification must be sent to the conference email email@example.com for refunds to be eligible.
Refunds will be processed in the following ways:
A bank transfer will be made to the payee nominated account and all bank charges will be directly deducted from the refund
The policy as stated on this page is valid from 1st of April 2019.
